The United States Court of International Trade made a final ruling determining that Layo’s appeal was successful and that the anti-dumping and countervailing duties imposed on our company were set to the zero tax rate. Through the success of anti-dumping and countervailing duties, Layo has further contributed to the development of the industry and also further enhanced our leading position in the industry.
