2021

We set up ARTREE (Shanghai) Supply Chain Co., Ltd. and acquired Guangdong Higa Wood Industry Co., Ltd. to expand domestic engineering business. Nowadays, cooperating with some domestic real-estate companies, such as Vanke and China Resources, we are actively establishing strategic frameworks and continuously deepening business cooperation.

2020

We established Layo Shengfang Indonesia Company and built a factory in Jepara, Indonesia, with an annual production of 3,000,000 m2 of solid wood multi-layer flooring, taking the initiative in international trade. In the same year, we set up Layo Wood Industry Serbia Co., Ltd., which focuses on sales of raw timber and processing of board veneers. The raw materials used are from Serbia’s abundant local wood resources, mainly Eu-oak, ash wood and beech.

2017

Jin Yuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd., located at Luzhai County, Guangxi, further completes the upstream chain and contributes to supporting the development of the western region. In the same year, we established ARTREE Flooring USA Co., Ltd. and built the storage and logistic service center in Atlanta, USA. By pre-positioning storage services in USA, our company is improving the downstream industry chain while strengthening the marketing of self-owned brand.

2016

By establishing ARTREE Flooring Co., Ltd., our company is further strengthening our domestic sales force and truly achieving a dual strategy of both domestic and international markets.

2015

We established Goldtex (H.K.) Group Limited to broaden the international business.

2014

The United States Court of International Trade made a final ruling determining that Layo’s appeal was successful and that the anti-dumping and countervailing duties imposed on our company were set to the zero tax rate. Through the success of anti-dumping and countervailing duties, Layo has further contributed to the development of the industry and also further enhanced our leading position in the industry.
